Seth Poole is taking on the role of operations manager after taking an eight-month course on television production from a local community college.  Prior to his upgrading Seth was a lead hand at a local French fry processor in Portage la Prairie where he gained strong communication and management skills that will come in handy at CIPPTV.  Seth lives at Southport and will be looking to buy a home in Portage once he clears his three-month probation.
